I’m Jude Jennison, leadership coach, founder of Leaders by Nature and Creator of Ask Opus.
For over 15 years, I’ve helped executives and senior leaders lead through the uncertainty of change, build trust and improve productivity and collaboration by changing their leadership and team behaviours.
I work with a herd of horses to reveal nonverbal communication because the behaviours that create trust, collaboration and clarity aren’t taught in a classroom.
Real and emotional moments of connection are created when a 600kg horse reacts to your presence.
But not everyone can work with my horses.
That’s why I created Ask Opus, to take the wisdom and insights gained from working with horses to enable everyone in the organisation to explore how to change their behaviours so everyone takes responsibility and accountability for success.
